What it means to be ‘Bulby’: nurturing culture in a fast-moving start-up

Life at Bulb has picked up pace recently. The team has grown from 15 to 50 people in the last 6 months. It’s hard to build the plane while you’re flying it, so we thought we’d do what we could to make things easier by defining our culture, and the skills and behaviours that go with it.
Everyone at Bulb has worked on this together, and we’ve decided to publish it for everyone to see. We thought it would be useful for Bulb team members to refer back to in the future. We also thought it’d be useful for prospective hires to see what it’s like to work here.
