Our phone line opening hours are changing

We’re making some changes so more of the team are available to support members through online chat. From today, our phone lines will be open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Between 5pm and 6pm, more of the team will be on chat to help out.

We’re always looking for opportunities to make our service better. Looking at the data from the past few months, we’ve noticed that more and more members are choosing to contact us via our online chat service. We can also see that we receive the lowest number of calls from 5pm to 6pm. So, to provide the best service possible, we’re rebalancing our member support services.

Our phone lines will now be open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We’ll have more of the team available on phones during this time, providing a better phone service when our members need it most. From 5pm to 6pm, the team will be available on chat and responding to emails.
