Join a company with a mission
We're on a mission to help our members lower their energy bills and cut carbon emissions. We achieve this by providing affordable, renewable energy to as many people as possible, while providing great service.
Help us build the best experience for our members
Working as part of a small team you'll get in-depth training about the energy industry and the technology we use. You'll be communicating with our members every day, by email, online chat or over the phone. You'll get to the root cause of people's issues, from the super-simple to the curiously complex. And you'll find and deliver improvements to our tools and processes, driving improvements in efficiency and member experience.
If you can do the magic to make the complex simple, we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to be available to work some weekends and evening shifts.

We're showing the whole country that renewables are a real choice now.
Members choose Bulb because of our mission. They stay with Bulb because we're open, transparent and honest.

How we work as a team
We've given a lot of thought to what makes Bulb, well, Bulb. We worked with the whole team to define our culture, and the skills and behaviours that go along with it:
Significant impact
We care about the impact our work has and love seeing results. We like thinkers, but we really like doers.
Communicate clearly
We don't fluff things up to make us sound clever. We say what we mean, clearly and concisely.
Continuous improvement
We don't do things because "that's how they've always been done". Using data, we find a better way.
And we're proud to be building a better kind of company. We're a Living Wage Employer and certified B Corp, working to demonstrate how business can be a force for good.

How we hire for this role

Pymetrics
You'll play 12 games using a tool called Pymetrics. These help us to understand more about you and your skills, without relying on your academic background.

Phone interview
There's a 20 minute phone interview with one of our team. This is to find out more about you, your experience and what you're looking for in your next role.

Assessment
You'll join other candidates in an assessment day at Bulb. This lasts around 5 hours. If it looks like you're a great fit for the role, we'll follow up with an offer.
