We're on a mission to help Bulb members lower their energy bills and cut carbon emissions. Today, we provide over one million homes with affordable, renewable energy and we've been named the fastest growing company in Europe.
We’re looking for people who share our values and are committed to making positive change. We know that interviewing for any position can be intimidating, but we’re here to tell you everything you need to know before you get started.

Diversity and Inclusion
You’re welcome at Bulb wherever you’re from and whoever you are. We want to shake up the energy industry, and a diverse team that reflects our members will help us do just that. We know that sometimes, people don’t apply for a job because they don’t have every single skill listed in the job’s requirements. But there’s more to every role – and everyone at Bulb – than we can fit in a job description.
So if you’re interested in a role here and believe you could be a good fit, we encourage you to apply. Even if you’re not ready now, if you're invited to interview with us you’ll get feedback on the skills you should grow to become a candidate in the future. We’ve written more about building a diverse team on the Bulb blog.
Watch out for fake job listings
Sites like Indeed and LinkedIn are great for job hunting, but it’s important to check that any listing you interact with has been posted by the company you expect.
Don’t share any personal information on third party sites until you’re comfortable that the job listing is legitimate. You can report a fraudulent job listing to the website it’s listed on. And you can get further support by reporting it to Action Fraud.
To succeed at Bulb, it’s important to embrace and embody these values. We last updated our values in 2019.
