At Bulb, we want to hire skilled, diverse and driven Energy Specialists that live our values. Our hiring process is designed to attract the right people for the job.

It looks a little different depending on which country you’re applying in.

Will I get feedback?

On receiving your application: We’d love to respond to everyone personally, but due to the high volume of applications, it is very unlikely you’ll get feedback if you’re not successful.

Any round thereafter: Yes!

You’ll get feedback on interviews further in our recruitment process. We offer every candidate who meets with a hiring manager the opportunity to get written feedback or a call to talk it through.
