We all own a bit of Bulb. So you’ll receive share options worth a proportion of your starting salary. These vest over 4 years.

Sabbatical

After a year at Bulb, you can take an additional month of unpaid leave to travel, work on personal projects or simply to recharge and reboot.

Maternity, paternity and adoption leave

Legal minimum, including 16 weeks of full pay for maternity leave, or 12 weeks of full pay for paternity or adoption leave, to help you balance work with new additions to the family.
