A cheaper Pay As You Go plan

Our Pay As You Go plan reflects the true cost of energy, always. We don't believe in fixed term contracts, so you'll never get rolled onto a higher rate when your first year's up. And we don’t charge exit fees either, which means you’re never locked in.

Green energy as standard

You don't have to choose between saving money and saving CO2. We supply 100% renewable electricity and 100% carbon neutral gas, and we'll never charge extra for green energy.

Sign up and sit back

Sign up in just 2 minutes – we take care of the rest. We’ll let your old supplier know you’re leaving, and if they charge you exit fees, we’ll refund you up to £120.

Top up from anywhere with Smart Pay As You Go

If you have a compatible smart meter, switch to our Smart Pay As You Go plan and top up from anywhere, at any time. Log in to your Bulb account to top up online, or download the app to top up from your phone. The app makes it easy to keep an eye on your account balance and how long you have left until you need to top up. We’ll send you a card too, so you can top up at any PayPoint store if you prefer.

But don't worry if you don't have a compatible smart meter. With our standard Pay As You Go Plan, you can top up at any PayPoint store, as well as any Payzone store – together, there’s over 50,000 in the UK.

Speedy support when you need it

We're easy to get hold of by phone, email or online chat. We don't like to toot our own trumpet (so it's lucky that our members do it for us).
